Mindfulness.... Come on everyone .. this is free AND helpful!

I am not a big fan of antidepressants or other forms of medication for anxiety or depression. My first go to is ALWAYS exercise, then get out doors, then vitamin D and Omega 3's. Well I am thrilled to be adding Mindfulness Meditation to my arsenal of tools to help a) myself and b) my clients with anxiety and depression. Here's the skinny on it all :
